EXECUTIVE SESSION DESCRIPTION

IntelliVen Executive Sessions are an enlightened, novel, and highly successful approach to providing extraordinarily rich input to CEOs who seek to improve their own performance and the performance of their top teams and of their entire organization. Presenting CEOs will find the process challenging, rigorous, and demanding.

IntelliVen Executive Sessions provide CEOs with direct access to IntelliVen Advisory Services principals, content, and methods. The CEO presents what they are working on and how it is going to a board of successful IntelliVen serial CEOs and their peers. The session objective is to get the CEO and their top team on track to increasing the odds of a more successful result sooner through having to prepare for the session, enhanced thinking and ideas that develop during the session, and from engaging advisory services in follow-up to the session.

IntelliVen Executive Sessions are not for CEOs who are faint-of-heart. CEOs must come to the session prepared to learn new things, to have their current thinking challenged, and should allow themselves to be vulnerable and open to input. If a CEO thinks they already know all they need to know and only want to confirm that they are on the right track then they should not bother to attend an IntelliVen Executive Session.

The IntelliVen Executive Session format has evolved over the past 30 years through practical experience and application by highly successful business leaders across the country. It has been successfully administered hundreds of times with truly inspirational results.

The first IntelliVen Executive Session is provided at no charge to a Guest CEO and serves as an introduction to IntelliVen, its principals, content, and methods. Follow-on sessions are on a regular (bi-monthly, quarterly, annual) basis and priced according to the organization's ability to pay, as a function of its scale, from $1500 up to $5000 per session. In-sourced C-level executives and other project and advisory services are also available in follow-up to, and in parallel with, Executive Sessions.
