Recent Clients: Summary
IntelliVen creates value for
its clients. We do this best when our principals are engaged to serve
as full-time members of the client management team as we have done
successfully over the past seven years.
Typically, we
start by working with a client for a couple of hours a month, building
to several hours, and eventually days, per month and then per week as it
becomes clear how we can best provide value.
Recent engagements where we
have taken managerial roles include:

Aquilent,
a $20 MM government IT services firm. IntelliVen’s principals served
as President and Senior Vice President, guiding management through its
buyout from Commerce One, a $400 MM software company, and leading the
firm during its first year while training management to run it.
IntelliVen’s
principals have worked with the firm for over five years. Our work has
included helping the company identify and focus on one market, the
federal government; selling ancillary businesses, including the sale of
one to a publicly held company; and, most recently, serving as President
and CFO of the firm and guiding it from $6 MM in revenues and 20 people
to over $20 MM in revenues and 110 people in just three years.
